I don’t hate you — I hate the choices you see rather than the person I am
Everyone makes choices, both good and bad
Yet society chooses what choices see that are good or bad
and although many only ever see the bad they will never see the good.

So no, I don’t hate you
I hate the choices that made you see me as the bad guy in your novel
Within my chapter. Right or wrong,
left or right,
I will always hate the choice
society made for you instead of the choice
you made for yourself.

I may not have made the right choice in the beginning,
but everyone has only one beginning
and many chapters in the middle
that mold and shape our ending to the novel
and despite many endings, it is the ending you choose to end with.

Not for the society that seems itself the author to your story,
but you as a character deciding that your chapter
is not yet over and when it is over
only you can turn the page.

You may hate me all you want, but I will never hate you.

You are but the choices society made,
and I cannot blame you for that
For it is society that shapes the minds
and the bodies of today’s generation and the
generations of the future.

It only takes on thing to break the cycle of choices
made for you and it is
to realize that you are the only one
who can make those decisions,
and no one can make them for you.

I hate the choices you say you made
but it is only the truth that you
Are brainwashed by the choices
society has made for you
Stop hating me and wake up.

Open your eyes.
You can still make your next choice.
You can still turn the page, You can continue your chapter.

You are the author to your own novel and only you can decide how it ends.
